1What our products are

A MKTTOOL product is a prepared structure: a spreadsheet with the formulas already written, a document with the sections already laid out, a checklist with the steps already ordered, a database with the fields already defined.

Their value is that someone has already thought about the shape of the problem, so you do not start from a blank page. What goes into them, and what you decide as a result, is yours.

2They are not professional advice

Nothing we sell, and nothing on mkttool.com, is legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, investment advice, insurance advice or regulatory advice. Buying a product does not create a professional relationship of any kind between you and MKTTOOL LLC or its founder.

A contract template is not a lawyer. A budget spreadsheet is not an accountant. A compliance checklist is not a compliance officer. Those documents are a starting point that a professional can work from quickly, which is often exactly what you want, but the professional review is the part that makes the document safe to rely on.

3No guarantee of results

We do not promise that using a product will increase your traffic, your leads, your conversion rate, your revenue or your profit.

Marketing results depend on your market, your offer, your pricing, your budget, your timing, your competitors, your execution and a quantity of luck. None of that is inside a template, and none of it is within our control.

Where a product page or a piece of our content mentions a number, a benchmark or an example outcome, treat it as an illustration of how the tool works, not as a forecast, not as an average and not as something you should expect. Sample data inside a file is invented for demonstration.

4Third party tools and platforms

Many products are built for software we do not own or control, including spreadsheet programs, document editors, no code builders, CRMs, email platforms and advertising networks.

Those services change their features, their interfaces, their policies and their prices without consulting us. We update our products when a change breaks them, but we cannot promise that a template will work forever with a platform whose behaviour is not ours to decide.

Links to third party services are given because they are useful, not as an endorsement, and we receive nothing for them unless a page says otherwise. What you agree with those services is between you and them.

5Accuracy and currency of content

We take care over what we publish and we correct mistakes when we find them. We do not warrant that every statement in every file is accurate, complete or up to date at the moment you read it.

Where a product refers to a rule, a rate, a platform limit or an industry practice, check it against the current source before you act on it. Those things move faster than documentation does.

If you find an error, tell us at support@mkttool.com. We fix it and the correction reaches everyone who owns the product, at no cost.

6Your responsibility

You decide what to do with a product and you carry the consequences of that decision. In particular you remain responsible for:

• the accuracy of any claim you publish, including claims produced with one of our templates,
• compliance with advertising, consumer, data protection and competition law in every market you operate in,
• any contract you sign, whatever document it started from,
• the figures you enter and the conclusions you draw from them,
• keeping your own backup of files you depend on.

7Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, MKTTOOL LLC is not liable for any loss arising from your use of a product or of this site, including lost profit, lost revenue, lost data, lost opportunity, business interruption, or any indirect or consequential loss.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Section 15 of the Terms of Service sets this out in full, including the matters we never exclude.

If you are a consumer, nothing on this page affects your statutory rights, including your right to a product that is as described and fit for purpose.
